Short-Term Running Goals: Maybe run a few more marathons?? Stay healthy, motivated and consistent. Races are fun, but unlike the hokey pokey, its not what its all about for me. Its about health, sanity and feeling great about myself bc I can call myself a runner. :)

| | FINALLY!! 5 miles, It felt sooo good. BUT, Erin came with me and we got to a point where there is a big hill and its a hard hill, ive done it many times before.. so being the all wise one that i am, i told her "just look down and lean forward and slow your pace." So what does she do? Not only does she pass me up, but she beats me to the top and starts doing the victory dance at the top!! To which i wanted to throw a rock at her...But instead i celebrated her. But seriously, she was AMAZING! It was a fun run and felt so good. Im waiting to hear from my friends who did the Salt Lake 1/2 today, i hope all went well! | Comments(3) |
