Short-Term Running Goals:

Maybe run a few more marathons?? Stay healthy, motivated and consistent.  Races are fun, but unlike the hokey pokey, its not what its all about for me.  Its about health, sanity and feeling great about myself bc I can call myself a runner. :)

Keep Running and  Never Give up!

Personal:

Married, 4 kids, started running to lose mommy weight and have alone time. Now I run bc of EVERYTHING

strength, sanity, awareness, confidence, attitude, health, peace, life, and Because I CAN

I'm glad you feel good enough to run again. It's funny how antsy one can get without the that running fix eh?

I responded to your question on my blog, but I forgot to add that when I'm not running, I'm hydrating...constantly, especially immediately after a run. Lot's of carbs too.

Sorry you are sick, get better quick. I am sure if the weather would just change...

We went to the Jazz game on Monday night and bought the kids all sorts of junk and stuff, pretty much anything they wanted. On the way home, my 10 year old asked me why I was such a mean mom. WHAT?????? I flipped and reminded him of all the stuff he had just gotten and he said, "But it is not about buying my love mom." What a TWIT. My husband was cracking up. So, apparently, I am mommy dearest. My husband even called me Sybil once.
