Short-Term Running Goals:

Maybe run a few more marathons?? Stay healthy, motivated and consistent.  Races are fun, but unlike the hokey pokey, its not what its all about for me.  Its about health, sanity and feeling great about myself bc I can call myself a runner. :)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep Running and  Never Give up!

Personal:

Married, 4 kids, started running to lose mommy weight and have alone time. Now I run bc of EVERYTHING

strength, sanity, awareness, confidence, attitude, health, peace, life, and Because I CAN

Funky is as funky does. I'm in the same boat. I take my runs a little later in the mornings lately. I've found that when I have no choice but to run very early in the morning, I do it. It doesn't matter when you run, 4 miles is still 4 miles whether you run 'em at 5AM or 5PM.

Nice job getting out.

I have been heading out at about 8:30-9 and LOVE it) although it could be a tad cooler). I am sorry you are in a funk, I do know how that goes and I have no advice on how to make it go away. Do you have a gym you can go to and switch things up a bit?? That always seems to help me some. OR find some running partners to run and chat with?

You can sign up to do the pumpkin run in herriman. I hear it is very fun, although i have not been able to do it yet due to soccer. BUT I think I will this year. It on RunnerCard.com.
