Short-Term Running Goals:

Maybe run a few more marathons?? Stay healthy, motivated and consistent.  Races are fun, but unlike the hokey pokey, its not what its all about for me.  Its about health, sanity and feeling great about myself bc I can call myself a runner. :)

Keep Running and  Never Give up!

Personal:

Married, 4 kids, started running to lose mommy weight and have alone time. Now I run bc of EVERYTHING

strength, sanity, awareness, confidence, attitude, health, peace, life, and Because I CAN

What's a "gno"?

Saturday we can meet anytime you'd like. You have more scheduling to do with the kids and all. Early AM is good for me. We can go as far as you'd like. 2 miles? 6? Whatever. If we go from Birch Hollow all the way to the lookout and back I think it's a little over 9.5 miles. I'm running long on Sunday, so really, whatever you want to do on Sat. is fine w/me. Bring others. Gretchen, Scott etc.

girls night out... and I think we should do about 6 or so. I feel like that limits you. Lets meet there at 6:30 a.m. Im nervous im going to slow you down so much. You will just have to look at it as a social run and I will have to look at it as you kicking my butt run.

I'll get in touch Friday. I'll e-mail you my phone#. You won't be slowing me down. I need to go easy so I can run long the next day. I'd be happy even with 4 miles. It'll be cool just to get together to run.
