Short-Term Running Goals:

Maybe run a few more marathons?? Stay healthy, motivated and consistent.  Races are fun, but unlike the hokey pokey, its not what its all about for me.  Its about health, sanity and feeling great about myself bc I can call myself a runner. :)

Keep Running and  Never Give up!

Personal:

Not a great race for me on time, I ran it with my original running friend Stacie and Erin and Scott. This was Stacies first one back after her baby was born. I stayed with her alot of the time and then at the end we ran in together, got the exact same time. Erin was having knee issues and had to stop and walk the last 1/2 mile. Felt bad for her. Scott did it in 27 minutes which is really slow for him. It was really cold as the rest of you know and hard to get that inhale of oxygen. But the course was fun and the crowd was huge. Much bigger than I expected.

Now Im exhausted from two turkey dinners and a marathon day. Going to bed, Hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving. Good Night.

p.s. Im grateful today for running.  The camaraderie of it all.

Be VERY grateful for running! Your amazing at it and enjoy it, that's the best we can all ask for :)

You did a great job, and that course is tough. I had a fun time walking at the back. Glad you had a 'ful-filling' good time today! :)
