Short-Term Running Goals:

Maybe run a few more marathons?? Stay healthy, motivated and consistent.  Races are fun, but unlike the hokey pokey, its not what its all about for me.  Its about health, sanity and feeling great about myself bc I can call myself a runner. :)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep Running and  Never Give up!

Personal:

Married, 4 kids, started running to lose mommy weight and have alone time. Now I run bc of EVERYTHING

strength, sanity, awareness, confidence, attitude, health, peace, life, and Because I CAN

Hey ran a 5k today, perfect weather. cool and cloudy but no rain. Plus I did it in under a 10 minute mile, so for me thats really good!! Ran it with Gretch who did it in 37 min and Erin who did it in 30 min. They gave us the good running shirts rather than the T-shirts, which is good bc I thought this race was expensive, so its good we at least got that. So now I have a new expectation for myself which feels really good, so CONGRATULATIONS to me!!
