2008- I ran a 10K and a couple of 5K's I guess you could say I'm a newborn runner.
2009- Finished the Hobble Creek 1/2 and the Provo River 1/2 And have done 3 more 5k's
2010 Got my PR with the Salt Lake City 1/2 marathon!!
2010 Ran my first marathon!! TOU! Woo Woo!
2011 ran the Salt Lake 1/2 with my brother. Then a few 5k's
2012 Salmon Marathon
Short-Term Running Goals: Maybe run a few more marathons?? Stay healthy, motivated and consistent. Races are fun, but unlike the hokey pokey, its not what its all about for me. Its about health, sanity and feeling great about myself bc I can call myself a runner. :)

| | I have nowhere to be today. Its amazing! So I took my sweet time on a very hilly run and it felt marvelous. Cloudy, cool temps with a few sprinkles here and there, perfect. |

| | gotta count the .12 :) I was pretty tired today, didn't get much sleep last night plus I haven't eaten anything since 4:30 yesterday afternoon. I should have enough fat on me to find that energy but I just felt kind of worn down today. Saw Cameron running down NC while I was running up. Made me happy, he hasn't run much since the half so I was glad he was out there. But then again, neither have I. Its all relative. Anyway, party on today!! Have a great day!

| | Ran 4 to my mom's to check on her. My sister and I took her on a walk around the block, it was good for her. Right before we left though, my dad was mowing the lawn, lost his footing, fell backwards and twisted his ankle. I don't know if its broken. He won't let us take him to the Dr. yet. But its very swollen and now they are both sitting on their couch and I think I might start crying. We went and bought my dad a cane so he can get around the house without putting pressure on it but its a wait and see thing I guess. FOR THE LOVE! Anyway, got them all situated and fed and then ran the mile home. Now I'm going to mow my lawn and pretend none of this is happening. Party on. |

| | 4 easy miles around the neighborhood. Ran to the light and saw Stacie, Emma and Ashley! Fun! So I ran 1.8 with them. It was fun to run with Stacie again, its been soo long. I was breathing pretty hard this morning, think I needed some caffeine. Beautiful morning. | |
