Short-Term Running Goals: Maybe run a few more marathons?? Stay healthy, motivated and consistent. Races are fun, but unlike the hokey pokey, its not what its all about for me. Its about health, sanity and feeling great about myself bc I can call myself a runner. :)

| | Ran three and then took Ziggy on a walk. He pooped in the middle of the street and I didn't have a bag to clean it up. I'm not used to dogs doing this because Puddy never did. He always held it til we got back home so I don't think about bringing a bag. I would go back and clean it but I'm pretty sure I saw a car run over it after. So that's nice. Run felt good even though it was hard. It's getting borderline too hot to go that late in the morning. Too bad I've missed an entire year of a runners dream weather.

| | Ran 1.5 and my music died. I was planning on running the hill on Highland and was annoyed when my music died but I ran it anyway. It might have been a little further than 2.5 miles but I don't know. Then I took Ziggy on a walk for a mile. He didn't poop today. But I was prepared with a bag in case he did.

| | Three around the hood and then a walk with Ziggy. He pooped. I had a bag and cleaned it up. My plantar is bugging me but I'm pretending it's not.

| | four around the hood and down Highland, up Viscounti and then past Mrs. Wilkinson's house to 86th and then up to Richard and home. I was feeling pretty good but I picked a difficult route. It's good for me. Then a mile walk with Ziggy. Good times were had by all.

| | Three mile run. One mile walk with Ziggy. I didn't want to go today but I'm glad I did anyway. Of course. My foot hurts all the time except for when Im' running. So I guess I just need to run everywhere now.

| | Three around the hood. Then a mile walk with Ziggy. Felt okay today. Not super horrible, not awesome. Happy I got out there. I'm feeling super stressed about life so I really need to make it priority to run.

| | ran the hills with Scott at Flat Iron. I had to get out. I felt like I was going to explode or have a nervous breakdown. :) Scott was out already and I called him and told him to meet me down at the park and run hills with me bc I didn't want to be alone. Maybe bc I knew If I was going alone, I wouldn't go. I don't know. But then I regretted it a little bit bc when I'm huffing and puffing up a hill, he's casually jogging beside me trying his hardest to go that slow. Then I got mad. But whatever. So I'm moody. I'm a girl.

| | Ran down from the mouth of the canyon with Scott to home. I felt okay. It was late so it was pretty hot and my mouth was totally dry. No regrets.
