Short-Term Running Goals:

Maybe run a few more marathons?? Stay healthy, motivated and consistent.  Races are fun, but unlike the hokey pokey, its not what its all about for me.  Its about health, sanity and feeling great about myself bc I can call myself a runner. :)

Keep Running and  Never Give up!

Personal:

strength, sanity, awareness, confidence, attitude, health, peace, life, and Because I CAN

Tried to run. Had to stop at a corner and walk home bc of the nausea. Came home and did lower body on demand. Plus 15 min. of upper body. So I can do stuff, I just can't really get my heart rate up too high I guess.  Its a frustrating flu-ish bc it just lingers. I go about my everyday activities and then I will need to sit down bc of the unsettled stomach.  Almost wish it would just hit hard and be over with in a few days. Guess I should be careful what I wish for. Still, I did get a workout in regardless so TAKE THAT flu-ish!

Stacie, last night I had a dream that I took a shot that would kill myself and I only had an hour to live. More of a nightmare really..but if I was pregnant, I would want that dream to come true. I would FREAK OUT. But NO. THERE IS NO CHANCE OF THAT. But it does feel like that!! But let me clear again.. so we don't have any confusion. I AM NOT PREGNANT NOR WILL I EVER BE AGAIN.

sorry about the nausea -- i hope you get to feeling better soon. on the off chance that a baby does arrive, you should name it fluish.

Amen to no more miracles! Hope you feel better soon. Oh yeah a couple of shots of some two finger tequila will help!
