Short-Term Running Goals:

Maybe run a few more marathons?? Stay healthy, motivated and consistent.  Races are fun, but unlike the hokey pokey, its not what its all about for me.  Its about health, sanity and feeling great about myself bc I can call myself a runner. :)

Ran with Scott to do his course for the sprint tri he's doing this Saturday. We ran at a 9:44 avg. I know he will do it much faster without me there but he wanted to hang with me.  I tried to step it up for him so he didn't feel like he was walking. He was sweating so bad so I think it was harder on him then I thought it would be. I sweat, but dang! He looked like he just ran in the heat of the day!  Anyway, we are working on a bunch of crapola around the house today and then we have to go BB-Q with my parents later. sweet. Good Times

Ya I was just saying to Scott that that's a fun little 4 miler with a lot of up's and down's. Nice little run. I liked it. But I do think that for a 5k course, the hill on Raintree is just mean to have to do twice! Esp. after swimming and biking! Its a good little tri to do..I mean for you and other people. Also I realized after I wrote this I forgot to say I saw you. :) You have a GREAT day too!
