Short-Term Running Goals:

Maybe run a few more marathons?? Stay healthy, motivated and consistent.  Races are fun, but unlike the hokey pokey, its not what its all about for me.  Its about health, sanity and feeling great about myself bc I can call myself a runner. :)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep Running and  Never Give up!

Personal:

Married, 4 kids, started running to lose mommy weight and have alone time. Now I run bc of EVERYTHING

strength, sanity, awareness, confidence, attitude, health, peace, life, and Because I CAN

Ran two around the neighborhood, was running up NC and Stacie came up from behind and slapped my butt. It freaked me out bc I didn't hear her coming. She stayed with me the rest of my run bc she was on a recovery run so my slowness wasn't bothering her. It was fun to run with her. I felt slow and groggy again. I kept thinking that the more I sweat, the more that medicine was leaving my system and that made me happy. I want it gone. Hopefully I feel back to normal & stronger by Ragnar.

Thanks for staying with me Stacie, it was fun.
