Short-Term Running Goals:

Maybe run a few more marathons?? Stay healthy, motivated and consistent.  Races are fun, but unlike the hokey pokey, its not what its all about for me.  Its about health, sanity and feeling great about myself bc I can call myself a runner. :)

Keep Running and  Never Give up!

Personal:

Married, 4 kids, started running to lose mommy weight and have alone time. Now I run bc of EVERYTHING

strength, sanity, awareness, confidence, attitude, health, peace, life, and Because I CAN

Little less painful than yesterday but still hard. I wonder why, I wonder if its hormones or what it is in your body that can make a run so easy one day and so hard the next. Especially when you're not running extra miles or harder routes than usual. Anyway, I would like to know the science behind it. I ran with my new handheld water bottle. I like it.

Stacie, when I was running up the hill on Highland there was a couple walking down with their dog in a stroller, It made me smile. I have to say, Ive never seen that before, it made me wonder if the dog was injured or something. Funny.

I wonder the same thing! I think hormones have something to do with it.

I have seen people pushing their dog in a stroller before! I guess they feel like it is their baby and a full walk would wear the dog out?...haha!

Now we've both seen one of the funniest things we'll ever see! good job running 5. I have crappy runs when I've been eating and sleeping crappy. That sort of happened today. Crappy.

ya I was trying to figure out what I have been eating or haven't been eating, and I decided I haven't been doing enough protein again. I need to remember to eat protein all the time. It totally helps me. But even so...sometimes its just crappy ya know? Even when you are doing things right. Its kind of science isn't it? To make it all come together for your benefit. Juggling act.
