Short-Term Running Goals:

Maybe run a few more marathons?? Stay healthy, motivated and consistent.  Races are fun, but unlike the hokey pokey, its not what its all about for me.  Its about health, sanity and feeling great about myself bc I can call myself a runner. :)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep Running and  Never Give up!

Personal:

Married, 4 kids, started running to lose mommy weight and have alone time. Now I run bc of EVERYTHING

strength, sanity, awareness, confidence, attitude, health, peace, life, and Because I CAN

At the end of my cold I got a cough that sounded like I had the croup, but I thought only kids got that. Anyway, so it finally died down yesterday.  I'm stressed about Ragnar.  Seven decent miles, it felt pretty hot out there but nice. 10:07 avg. Had to stop and cough a few times but whatever. Overall, pretty good.

good job running 7! Jeff didn't run at all last week cause he's been sick too. Don't be stressed. Ragnar's just a fun FUN time! We'll have to text:) You NEED to start getting up early and come with me once or twice a week at least. It's so much better @ 6 w/o the sun.

OH, I feel your pain! I bet we had the same thing, and it lingers forever. I can not think of an illness that has knocked me flat out for that many days in years (or ever!) MISERY!!

I am stressed about Ragnar, too. Join the club!

SO, which leg are you, what is your start time? I will try to find you!

I think I am runner 11. And our start time is 5:45a.m. but I'm sure you will pass us up and slaughter us. I'm in a van with three runners and three non-runners so should be interesting.

I have no skills!

Bummer you are not in van #1, we would have seen you at the start as we stat at 6 am! I just run with people in my neighborhood. We do it for fun and we are quite humbly slow. I think our projected finish time this year is over 33 hours! JUST FOR FUN!!!! No stress!!!!
