Short-Term Running Goals:

Maybe run a few more marathons?? Stay healthy, motivated and consistent.  Races are fun, but unlike the hokey pokey, its not what its all about for me.  Its about health, sanity and feeling great about myself bc I can call myself a runner. :)

Keep Running and  Never Give up!

Personal:

Ran with Cameron, his friend Blair and Blair's wife Emma. It was a lot of fun. Cam ran really well today. Felt stronger and ran at a much faster pace. He got a bloody chest where his Ipod was sitting and had to move it, it looked totally painful. But it was fun. I was thinking about JD & company quite a bit and at the end of our ten, I said "what if I only had 40 more to go??!!"" HOLY COW!! That is a butt load of miles in one day.

Good news, my achilles didn't bother me at all nor did my feet so hooray! Happy Running!!

Great news about the free from injury-ness! Cam's starting to enjoy the benefits of consistency -

Another solid week for you.

AND - THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SURPRISING ME AT THE FINISH LINE TODAY! It was a really nice cap to my day.

Stacie, we have been parking at the park n ride at the mouth of the canyon, running down 9400, turning on some street {can't remember the name of it now} anyway, it leads to Dimple Dell, all the way to Draper, past the IFA on the round about and down to 300 E where we have another car or else my parents come. Either way. It is a good steady route with just a few hills. Its nice scenery with very little stoplights and a good terrain. We just keep doing it bc it works. Do you know what I miss? I was thinking about our Millcreek runs today. Its almost time for a Saturday fun run down Millcreek!! hooray!
