Short-Term Running Goals:

Maybe run a few more marathons?? Stay healthy, motivated and consistent.  Races are fun, but unlike the hokey pokey, its not what its all about for me.  Its about health, sanity and feeling great about myself bc I can call myself a runner. :)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep Running and  Never Give up!

Personal:

Married, 4 kids, started running to lose mommy weight and have alone time. Now I run bc of EVERYTHING

strength, sanity, awareness, confidence, attitude, health, peace, life, and Because I CAN

3.5 on the treadmill and weights. Why? Bc it's cold outside and I wanted to catch up on Supernatural. I've been ignoring it since we've been watching Breaking Bad and I miss my Dean. He misses me too. Felt awesome to sweat. I did planks x3 and squats/lunges/biceps/triceps/buttlifts My body is falling apart since I turned 40. Literally gravity is just pushing everything down to my ankles and my thighs are embarassing even for me to look at. I feel weak and out of shape, depressed and down on myself. So it felt good to do weights. I know that's what I need more than anything to fix this dying body. :) Anyway..blah blah..my sister in law is crazy. EDN.

Felt extra good today. Went around the hood to Highland, down to Viscounti, up to Mesa, up 8600 to Richard and down Richard to home. Up's and Down's. I haven't gone that way in a long time but it reminded me of when I was training for my first half and Stacie and I discovered that route. Fun times. I miss that. Anyway, we're going to take the kids to the Free skiing at Alta at 3:00 today. Should be able to get 6 or so runs in so that's fun. EDN

Four with Scott. I took him on the same route I did yesterday. It was 42 degrees and lightly raining. Perfect running weather. 3x wallsits and 3x planks when I got home. Felt good. EDN
