My first 1/2 Aug. 9, 2008 2:16.12

2008- I ran a 10K and a couple of 5K's  I guess you could say I'm a newborn runner.

2009- Finished the Hobble Creek 1/2 and the Provo River 1/2  And have done 3 more 5k's

2010 Got my PR with the Salt Lake City 1/2 marathon!!

2010 Ran my first marathon!! TOU! Woo Woo!

2011 ran the Salt Lake 1/2 with my brother. Then a few 5k's

2012  Salmon Marathon
 

 

 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Maybe run a few more marathons?? Stay healthy, motivated and consistent.  Races are fun, but unlike the hokey pokey, its not what its all about for me.  Its about health, sanity and feeling great about myself bc I can call myself a runner. :)

Had Scott drop me off at the top of 94th and I ran home. I knew that in order for me to actually run today it had to be a downhill. I tried to work out some drama in my mind but mostly I just fantasized about how the next time I see someone I'm going to flip them off and then I dreamt about all the mean things I would say. It felt good. Theraputic. :) Good splits bc I was downhill, so that's good for my ego even though its fake. Anyway..running is hard.

ha I thought you would change it to "just flip them off!" :) You should train for a marathon. Put that energy toward that person to good use.
