Short-Term Running Goals:

Maybe run a few more marathons?? Stay healthy, motivated and consistent.  Races are fun, but unlike the hokey pokey, its not what its all about for me.  Its about health, sanity and feeling great about myself bc I can call myself a runner. :)

Worst run ever on the planet. I don't want to talk about it ever again. I felt crappy from the get go and it sucked. The end.

How? How does that crappy of a run turn out to be golden on race day..bc I'm not feeling very confident about race day right now.

Because even though it was crappy and it sucked the proverbial ass..it shows that you are strong enough in your head and body to run when it is a lumpy poopy diaper of a day! Good job! that translates to hitting the wall and having the mental fortitude to push through it! VERY JEDI :D

Lysa if you wanna bring the clan or just come up and run in the Uintas we will be there next weekend, I think James is coming up overnight and we'll do a long run one day. Let me know

that sounds fun. I'll talk to my fam. And I'm not feeling very Jedi..I'm feeling more like a big fat LOSER! seriously..it sucked. My head was messing with me the entire time and I could not get over it. One good thing is now I'm even more determined to have a better week next week. But I still don't know how sucking is really going to HELP me run 26 miles. Why did I let you punks talk me into this anyway??!! DB's.

We'll do our long run together this weekend. It'll be better. Don't worry.
